Interview with author of "Global Guerrillas". According to the author we are up against a decentralized gang of saboteur/hacker/commandos who destroy Manhatten skyscrapers and Iraqi mosques just because they can. Author discounts ideological motivation and the need for popular support by the global guerrillas, so we don't have much left to hit back at. If true, we are in a world of hurt. I prefer to think the enemy can be defeated by attacking his ideology and winning the people over to our side.
