Professor Reich, as a former excellent Secretary of Labor, has the expert insight to capsulize here the Romney con game of a political campaign on the economy and taxes. This is simple common sense that the mainstream media seems not able to get their minds around.

The other prime absurdity is that the republicans have been allowed to blame Obama for the current economy that was caused by republican predatory capitalism policies and laws under the prior administration and congress that was controlled by republicans. The mainstream press is largely failing to keep the facts of recent history clearly in the public view.
