Summary: Justice Scalia discusses how the constitution was clearly written and is easy it interpret, and if people would like it changed they should turn to elected lawmakers not judges. Whats New: The judge indirectly states the constitution effectively banned gay rights for 200yrs Balance: The article is biased it clearly is just Judge Scalia stating his opinion. The writer does not provide any facts and the only person interviewed is the Judge. Transparency The article includes a first hand quote from only 1 person.
