This review did not help me because it did not tell me what information was lacking, nor why it lacked insight. And given those low ratings, why did the reviewer recommend it as average? Without further information, it's hard to know if the reviewer simply disagrees with the piece rather than with the quality of the journalism. As an aside, brought to mind my Mr. Ben, I'm wondering if this is real last name or a first and middle name. I miss when NewsTrust used to verify the online reputations of users and have always thought the site could be improved by making it truly interacting by allowing messaging to members, such as that on facebook and blind emails, such as that on Meetup and to some extent, LinkedIn. I also no longer know who is the staff assigned to NewsTrust, as the link "about us" goes to a generic Poynter page and there are staff listings left from when NewsTrust operated independently which no longer apply.
