A WSJ story of political spin which ignores much of the development and tries to package it as a statement against democratic government.

As an early user of xerox and ArpaNet, there are nuggets of true history buried in the muck of political messaging here.

Gordon Crovitz wrote this interesting opinion piece who is a media and information industry advisor and executive, including former publisher of The Wall Street Journal, This story about 'who invented Internet' provides useful information that generates more than a thousand comments from readers that are also important to read. How the Internet was built can serve as a model we need to learn to replicate to address other large-scale social and infrastructure challenges.
