The report has many references and links and the reporter has interviewed maany qualified experts representing credible organisations before filing this news. Sub-titles are also catchy and well-explained. More interesting is that this new findings come at a particularly interesting political moment in one of the states in the sea level hot zone in America!

The tone is neutral, the facts are from varied sources, the research work is good enough to hold the article together. The conclusion, however, is very biased, but fits the media where the article is published.
