Consider this story in the context of class discussions and your own experience so far. Will you apply any aspects or ideas to your own reporting? This article brings up the issue of reporting something from a neutral standpoint and allowing multiple points of view on an issue. I had never thought about how the media characterizes those who oppose gay marriage, and while I am supportive of gay marriage, I agree with O'Reilly to some extent because people are entitled to their own beliefs.
