Good as far as it goes. Could have better references for the statistics. It is not clear here whether these are stated tax rates or the actual effective tax rates after tax dodges like overseas income, special credits, and loopholes. The link to the 2009 info on regressive taxes by states is informative.

My state is the MOST REGRESSIVE tax state in the country.
