Yes, there are powerful new technologies that can change what journalists do and how they do it now. This article describes the immediate relationship between technology and journalists. While technology may seem like the ultimate solution, the author states that it is important for journalists or those who contribute to the diffusion of communication to realize the significance of their input. The technology itself will not offer direct solutions, the individuals behind the technology will help make influences on society. Journalists have the responsibility to leverage the new technology by providing society the best information and means to get to information.
