Straight news article providing sales facts and figures about all the major auto makers selling in America. Since the right wing is still bellyaching and bitching about Obama's bailout of America's auto industry, obviously the only companies which deserve to be successful are the ones Obama doesn't support and those which help the economy.

Obama is still be criticized by Republicans for supporting the U.S. auto industry. I doubt that any of the workers currently building Chrysler, Ford and GM products think the President did the wrong thing in saving this industry.

with a lot of positive figures here the article presents hope for the future year in jobs and gdp, although unfortunately nothing is mentioned here re the stimulus for the auto industry which many republican politicians have decried. other figures which i find positive for the future are those of the sales of smaller cars.
