...as an army draftee back in the sixties, I can remember having to "choose" my religion, counter to my beliefs at that time(and now). I chose"Unitarian" simply out of cowardice as I feared at the time that anything more radical would raise some sergeant's eyebrows and cause me some unwanted trouble.
