this is good fact-checking because it lays out all the relevant information about mr. romney's statement, and doing so contradicts that statement. however, i can't tell if any of the savings comes from costs incurred by uninsured in hospitals and/or from what wellness care would prevent. i would like to see laid out the costs and savings information about romney's health care plan in massachusetts for comparisons
