The account of a congressional security briefing. If we accept all that Harman says, then the reader can't help but wonder whether top secret congressional briefings are broken, in that Congress can always say that while they were briefed, they were no 'fully' briefed.

It's an op-ed, but reads like something closer to a confession/declaration of innocence. Not all that much is revealed as was promised, but it is an engaging read.
