Well referenced account of investigative sources report on Congressional payouts by the health care insurance industry.

Congress is paid off. That's why it's so hard to pass meningful health care reform.

This is the biggest problem with health care reform in Washington. Too many Congressmen are on insurance company campaign contribution (i.e. payoff?) payrolls. Feinstein is just the tip of the payoff iceberg, according to a Huffington Post investigative article
