This reasonable analysis about the upcoming showdown between President Bush and Congress on war funding makes the case that this is a constitutional issue over who controls the military. Opposing views are presented fairly and factually, with helpful context to better understand this complex situation.

Overall defends the Congress management of a war! These folks have trouble managing themselves much less the war. Some of the statement by top Democrats is absolutely shameful, but on the other hand I don't believe most Americans know it is a war either! Tossing all that stelth pork in this funding and trying to direct the war should not be anywhere the plates of these folks!
