Wow! While certainly opinionated, this article taught me some things about impeachment--and I thought myself better informed than many on the topic. What it fails to mention, and I really wanted to know, were the specific high crimes and misdemeanors the Vermont senate would base impeachment on. I was talking to a lawyer on this very topic about a week ago and that was his first question.
