The vast majority of the sources in this story purporting to say that both liberals and conservatives are unhappy are conservative sources.

Like the hearings, this story has all the impact of wet bread. What the Democrats missed was an opportunity to criticize that the Bushie dominated Supreme Court is turning America back to the 19th century both in civil rights and the matter of race.

Republicans were scared about committing suicide with minority voters; Democrats are just plain scared.
