Informative update on conditions in Haiti, from three reporters on the ground in Port-au-Prince. The article quotes President René Préval (and his wife is featured on a video interview) and Gen. Fraser, the commander of U.S. military operations, but does not provide much much context about practical solutions to the country's growing social unrest.
