The usual excellent, objective, accurate reporting NPR does so well. Exactly the reason right wingers are so anxious to kill NPR.

The Mid East has been a thorn in the world’s side ever since oil was discovered. Interestingly, if it weren’t for the fact much of the world’s oil supplies lie under its sands, no one would know the slightest thing about the Mid East, much less know where the Hell it was on any map.
