A good source of information about the series of deadly climatic shocks that attacked the U.S. recently. The video footage is good.

Comprehensive journalism describing the breadth of destruction of one of the worst tornado events in America’s history. One picture is particularly lamentable, showing one part of a block totally devastated while the other side of the block is seemly untouched as if nothing had happened.

I've covered my share of tornados and their aftermaths over the years. But unlike customary tornados, most of which cut a fairly narrow path, what’s particularly bad about this one is how massive it was, and how much destruction it wreaked. Although beyond the purview of this article, backgrounding the disaster is the question about the role climate change may have played.

An extremely well-written article. I believe that it takes genuine skill to cover a devastating story, such as these deadly tornado strikings. The article grasps the terror and seriousness of the story, but still gives glimpses of hope through quotes from the President. The photo gallery is a nice addition.

Very insightful and informative article. The article shows the audience further info and footage of the shocking and devastating destruction of the tornadoes n the South. The author also gives insight on what the local and national government are planning to do to help. The video of Obama was also a great add-on to the story and the photos of the aftermath. Great Job.

This is good journalism. The author was very elaborate with details about the disaster. It also used visuals so any reader can get a better understanding of the article. Including Obama's footage of him in Alabama, photographs of the damage and a graphic map enhance the article. However, I don't understand the need to include the Obama's trip to Florida, unnecessary information.

I thought this was a pretty good article. Its extremely relevant because the tornadoes just struck in the past few days. It seemed to be pretty well sourced and was mixed with a few strongly sounding quotes. It could use some links to better help with sourcing, but the graphic is a pretty good addition to the story.

This is an example of good journalism. The article was on an up to date topic and was well explained. It gave good detail and explained the conflict and what everyone is doing about it. Mourning the losses that were unfortunate due to the tornados.
