Ryan’s budget proposal is all the more amazing. Not only does it incorporate repeal of the Affordable Care Act, but it also dramatically slashes Medicaid and obliterates Medicare by transforming it into a scrawnily funded voucher program. The Progressive Populist is in the same league as the Heritage Foundation???? Nobody at the Heritage Foundation is as ignorant as the author of this piece. The Foundation management would never allow a piece with so many errors of fact and crude partisan attacks to be published.
But we are intrigued at how you give the piece a favorable rating, when you call it a “position paper” and thus by definition not journalism, and you yourself point out that it is “not particularly documented”, another reason to give it a low rating.
