CBO: Budget deal cuts this fiscal year’s deficit by just $352 million, not $38 billion touted

While the story itself appears on the surface to be fair and unbiased, AP has long been a strong supporter of the Obama White House, so it has been especially critical of the CBO as a result. I would take this article on surface value and put more merit itself on the CBO.
