Somewhat below average... The grammar was a bit off, there were a few modifiers that made it a little hard to understand, the topics seem to jump around quiet often which is also confusing and in the opening when Libya was referred to as "that Arab country" seemed somewhat offensive.

simple mistakes that could have been caught with better proofreading
