Pretty sympathetic post rehashing Obama's initiative, but it does include some historical and political context.
Not only is it well written, but it has great sources (Obama), has statistics, and goes into enough detail where the reader is able to understand the issue without going into too much detail where they are bored by facts.
This is fairly good journalism because of how well sourced it is and the facts are all there. But at times you can see a little of the authors on viewpoint on the subject. Overall, the story is well organized.
