Informative report about Iceland's commitment to pay 3.8 billion Euros to cover liabilities from failed Icelandic banks. This story seems factual, fair and well-sourced, but lacks context to help laypersons understand the relevance of this event. It appears to be a 'synthesis article' from Wikinews, which is typically compiled from other sources, listed at the bottom of each article.
