Insightful question from Greenwald, who points out the hypocrisy among Republicans who have obsessed over whether Judge Sotomayor's Puerto Rican heritage affected her decision in the Ricci case.

Greenwald has relentlessly called out the Republicans in his coverage of Sotomayor's path to confirmation. I highly recommend his blog and Twitter feed.
