the information here, if combined with testimony elicited by Ms holmes-norton, representing d.c. in congress, in her questions to Commanders Kiley and Weightman of Walter Reed Hospital, seems to offer greater questions about the privatization priorities of this administration. Their testimony was that although the government employees had outperformed the private candidates, when offered the jobs, and there were 80 of them needed to be offered, only ten had been filled, as the candidates were told that they were being offered only a 4-month contract under the private employment. The testimony also held that the privatization definitely did not help the current outcome at the hospital. I think the greater story is how greatly the efforts to privatize all aspects of the federal government is effecting the functions of our democractic government
