New Clues to Global-Warming Dangers

Scientists are using gene chips to monitor the effects of global warming on marine life. It's time to get worried.

Using novel genomic technology, marine biologists have found troubling clues that marine life could be extremely vulnerable to climate change. By mimicking future ocean climes and using gene chips to detect how marine organisms respond, the researchers can evaluate how well different organisms deal with environmental stress. The story certainly brings out the effets of polution that hasn't been widely written about before. As these kinds of articles are published doubters will be influenced unless they are hard-core.
