This is an excellent piece of information that the public needs to be aware of. I highly recommend it for reference to further study for those wanting to know what companies are doing and how they are effecting our weather. I know this is factual because as I followed coverage of the Vortex2 project one of their meteorologists said in a summary "if we dissipated that tornado how do we know that we won't make another tornado in another part of the storm?". The story that held the quote was only aired once on The Weather Channel. Nice job finding this to report!
