President Obama discusses education budget plan at Baltimore-area school
President Barack Obama's motorcade arrived at 10:10 a.m. Monday at Parkville Middle School and Center of Technology in Baltimore County, passing about 100 spectators who lined the streets near the school. Among the friendlier throngs were a group of protesters who called for him to, as their signs said, "STOP Reckless Spending." The president was in town to announce educational priorities in his 2012 budget. Full Story »
