With obesity being one of America's major problems in society, I think this article is effective at stressing some of the minor changes that could be impleted to help with the larger problem. It is obvious that the writer did their research on many cities in order to inform the reader on a larger scale, as opposed to just a local level. However, I think the story would have been more effective if the writer added more links throughout the article. Overall, good use of credible sources and very informative.

I believe this is good journalism because the writers clearly did their work to get information from around the United States. This shows initiative that they did the background reporting necessary to present a strong article.

The reason I chose this as one of my articles was that I wanted to take a look into what other cities are doing to address this issue. From this article I believe I now have some options that I can look into and further investigate to see if Baltimore has considered using them.

This article is very informative about the issue of obesity. The author really gave valid points about the changes that can be made to help eliminate obesity. I wish the article could have some options people could take to loss weight, etc or at least give some resources that people can look into.
