Cari, I think you’re right about the idea of focusing on what this has to do with Baltimore being the true story here. Why was he such a front runner in peoples minds? What were positive things that supporters felt he would bring to the table as Mayor? All of these things, plus information from Mfume himself would have been beneficial.
