Interesting overview of new conservative pushes in constitutional law. It doesn't really leave space for liberal interpretations, but it draws interesting distinctions between different factions of conservative thought.

A fairly thorough introduction to a complex subject that defies partisan classification.

The current Supreme Court Justices are likely to make some seminal decisions during the next few years on states' rights issues. It is a certainty that neither the left nor the right will be fully pleased by these decisions.

There appear to be many words here, without much being said. The author does not seem to be able to state clearly exactly what "the right" is asserting is the force the Constitution provides them with. Very early in the piece I would have expected to see the author point to a clause, quote the clause, and give analysis as to the argument the group using the clause would use to assert/support state's rights on the issue. I am an attorney and still had to wade through the many quotes, which don't add a great deal of value to the piece as informative or providing new insights.

Reports news on both sides of recently hot issues related to the Constitution and its interpretation. Contains relevant quotes from people concerned.

The next few years are going to be interesting times for the Supreme Court. Numerous issues related to individual freedoms and state rights are coming to the surface after getting little attention for a long time.
