Interesting 40th Anniversary package by Foreign Policy tackling the world's most dangerous conventional wisdoms. There are 12 stories, authored by distinguished academicians and journalists. Articles must be stirring for different readers, and they may like to make opposing arguments. However, the readers can see both sides of a debate.

Intriguing and thought-provoking range of essays. The collection skims the surface of a lot of important issues, arguing against - or, in one case, for - the 'conventional wisdom'.

This is a long article but makes for some very interesting reading. It's great to read well argued essays that look at the other side of issues.

Great piece! Covers lots of ground but is a much needed check in to reality. It is neither over gloom and doom, nor sunshine and roses. The multiple authors is a great touch, providing many different points of view. Not sure if i agree with each mini piece but they all certainly made me think.

A mixed bag, but I liked several of the essays. Kudos to Applebaum, Drezner, and Sestanovich for providing some links. Drezner's article felt like the most solid and well researched.
