Certainly not an uplifting year-end roundup, but an intelligent one. Each of the items FP features deserves a place on the list, no fluff. Interesting that the publication chose chronological order as opposed to ranking them by importance.

Good piece of journalism from FP. It helps us looking through thorough. The year 2010 was eventful, and the FP's compilation of events, and their interpretions of those were insightful, e.g., it even cites the death of the Polish President, an event many of us have forgotten because the tragedy didn't plunge Poland into chaos.

Pithy, concise summaries for each of FP's 25 "top moments" of 2010 help readers understand the significance of each event and their consequences domestically and worldwide. Easy to read and thought not in depth, links to more comprehensive FP articles provide opportunities to learn more.

Why title the article "Thank God It's Over" when these events' relevance doesn't necessarily end December 31 and may even carry over to 2011's list? (Some of these issues are evergreen.)
