This article simplifies an otherwise complex issue in a way that is actually somewhat helpful. That said, public health reform is real complicated, so, in my opinion, longer (bigger) is better. Good read though.

Would love to see a follow up on mental health, which continues to be ignored.

Very surprised to at least see the mention of some urgent issues; drug coverage, nursing care, and coverage gaps and insane caps.
