Article point out general obstacles which consists political strategical & practical perspectives for breaking through the bill. But need more punchy aspect of dire necessity of health care not just spot the words like"Rationing"

75% of nation want NHC but law makers registing the peoples' wish which is not Democratic. Obama should appeal directly to public who are obstructing the legislation & put pressure on Congress/Senate even replace them using grass roots voters' power.
