The article is thought-provoking and fresh. Inbedded in its form of an advice to politicians, it reveals a lot about how people form their opinion(s). There is some truth in what Drew Westen writes which applies to other fields of policy and public opinion as well.

As a linguist, I enjoyed reading Drew Westen's article. And I hope president Obama's health care reform will get the support of the public it deserves.
