This seems a rip off of Charlie Savages NYT story of December 15, without crediting him for breaking the story.

Interesting that Joe Lieberman and Peter King want to set up specific legislation to get Julian. Not to set up a law which expresses their underlying philosophy of what is right an just such as, for example, the first amendment but a law to get someone who is embarassing them and may embarass them further. Are these the sort of people America wants in their law making institutions.
