Somewhat cursory, not many deep insights, but clear and concise. It's pretty self-evident that American policy is going to have to change before Muslims can build trust with the United States. This piece is also remarkably non-partisan, to the point that it avoids any comparisons between Obama and Bush in their approach to Islam that I find substantive.

This short article is well reasoned and based on factual evidence -- with useful context on America's relationship with Islam. Why, instead of trying to be Nostradomus,? can't a reporter just report? Why does a reporter, whose job is to report, have to put their 2 cents, plus my 10 cents, in every thing they write? You want to write about the Middle East problems, say so, if not, write what your assignment calls for.
