The article describes the case in some detail. The background selection and comments seem to favor the inclinations of those who favor racial prejudice under the cover of opposing reverse discrimination. The possibility of a supreme court overturn of the case presumes it would be a verdict on judicial qualification, rather than that it could be the view of a supreme court packed with rich white republicans who are closet racists themselves.
