Burris says blame impeachment panel for their questions, not him for his answers

Roland Burris today said he shouldn’t be blamed for any lack of candor while under oath earlier this year before a special Illinois House panel about his appointment to the seat because his duty was only to answer the questions posed by the committee members and nothing more. The approach of using factual sources instead of opinions is quite good for this story. While it uses direct quotes liberally, I think a few representations should also have been direct quotes, since exact words make a difference here.
