Hit on a lot of the major points brought up about the Sotomayer nomination elsewhere. Well written, not all that original.

This article was surprisingly sober in its analysis even with its tongue-in-cheek timbre and obvious slant. Salam never suggests that a battle against Sotomayor can win - just simply how to go down fighting.
