The success in excluding nuclear power boondoggles from the bill is reported, along with other facets of the envrionmental bill as it passes along through the sausage factory.

I would sympathize with the opponents of cap and trade if they would support a carbon tax, but they seem to have no plan.

Only half of the story is about nuclear power, and the back-and-forth on that topic ends a little early. The remainder is fairly balanced political discussion.
