Not a terribly well written article, but relevant in that it gives an idea of how stimulus money for education will be distributed among the states.

The irony is that even that money is too little and too late for Garfield, where 90 percent of children are poor.

No, Chronicle, you don’t need to tell me what the irony is. I can figure that out for myself.
