I find this article very factual, balanced and fair. Moreover, I find very interesting that the story is based on a Truth-O-Meter project called PolitiFact run by the St. Petersburg Times. This project aims at fact-checking statements by members of Congress, the White House, lobbyists and interest groups (http://www.politifact.com/truth-o-meter/). This publication won the Pulitzer Prize for National Reporting for their coverage of the 2008 election, which provides great credibility to the story.
