No doubt carbon caps, i.e. carbon taxes, will help coal miners too. It's a miracle, the first tax that helps everyone. Coal miners will be forced to get healthier jobs. The auto workers in Detroit can study Japanese and move to Japan for jobs. It is truly a wonderful tax. Let's extend it and tax oxygen too.
