Beginning in 2002, the CIA hired the psychologists to train interrogators in brutal techniques, including waterboarding, sleep deprivation and pain. Arguably, Nuremberg principles should apply to these people and this firm.

the fact that they landed on this without any data to justify its use, without any proof of effectiveness, is really what was remarkable to me in my reporting. More »
