While this is a biased article,It fails to see the forest for the trees.50% or 40%, or..etc, It doesn't matter. People are dying on both sides of the border. "I't's the drug's ,stupid". Like Hillary said, the war is over, and the government lost. Not the people, The government spent billions of dollars on a lost cause. A 12 year old kid can go to almost any corner and score drugs. So, this war that Nixon started, is over. What's left is to do away with these draconian laws, meant to imprison kids, mainly, and fix the problem. Giving kids 20 year sentences while the big fish live in luxury is moronic.
