A virtually sourceless story other than rather vague references from one "Analyst". The article suffers from logical disconnect, we became criminal pirates because only foreigners can catch our fish and dump waste here? Somlia's problems are due to its behavior as a gangster nation.

Somalia and it's citizens has rejected through violence any form of Democracy or structured Government. They have rejected similarly any and all attempts to help them. Until this changes, they will sadly live as Pirates, criminals, pariahs and the world's toilet..
